This suite is a little closer to my heart than most! My cousin, Kevin, and his now-wife Lupe have been dating forever, literally, I don’t remember a time when Lupe was not in the picture. She fits right in with our family who can be brutally cruel to one another at times (in the most loving way lol). Lupe doesn’t shy away but instead, dishes it right back! We are so excited to welcome her into our big, crazy family!

Kevin and Lupe met in middle school and began dating in high school. Although they went away to college at different schools, they stuck it out and got engaged in September of 2020. They were married in May of 2021 in an intimate ceremony in their local catholic church with a dinner to follow. They plan on having a vow renewal in September of this year with all their friends and families by their sides following the pandemic. See their love story card for more details!

All About the Semi-Custom Wedding Suite

Lupe gave me free rein over their invitation suite. All she asked for were blush pink tones and I ran with it! I created a floral border for the main invitation paired with an elegant script font. For the RSVP card, since they are only collecting RSVPs by website, I was able to use up the space to draw their venue! The mountains took forever but the illustration came out beautifully! The fun part came with their third card! I was able to capture precious moments of their relationship through line illustrations, and my favorite part, their little pup Pinot! She made the cut for their love story and by far takes the show! I hope she comes to the ceremony!

I had such a great time creating this suite for such a special couple. I can’t wait to be a guest in September; it is going to be a beautiful day!
