As your stationer, there’s nothing I value more than building trust with you. It can be challenging to navigate the process of selecting the wedding invitations that will perfectly convey the beauty of the event you’ve spent months planning. 

Every step of the way, I will listen to the vision you have for your invitations, design every subtle but exemplary detail (including custom venue illustrations!), and send your invitations through my white-glove assembly and mailing process that ensures your invitations go out on time and with the premium details you desire.

WHY CUSTOM INVITATION SUITES?

Your wedding is unique, as is your wedding invitation suite. Instead of cookie cutter invitations you could find anywhere, I create fully custom suites with every detail designed to perfection.

Not only will you have gorgeous invitations to share with your guests and herald your upcoming celebration, but you’ll also have an heirloom keepsake.

As a small business and solo designer, you’ll work with me throughout the process. All artwork, from your custom venue illustration to your crest is hand-drawn and designed by me in my home studio. 

Because of the care and service I provide my clients, I only accept a limited number of commissions per year to ensure the highest quality. My clients feel like they are my only client because there is so much collaboration, support, and guidance built into every step of the process.

For those lovely wedding day detail photographs, I share your invitation suite with your photographer and wedding planner to ensure they have everything they need as preparation for styling details. 

While I always advise bringing your invitation suite with you to your wedding, I like to ensure peace of mind by providing backups so you don’t have to worry about a thing on your wedding day.












INVITATION SUITES SHARED WITH YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER & WEDDING PLANNER

Have a specific dress color that you want matched? Share the designer, fabric, and color of the dress, suit, or other attire, and I’ll order a swatch that I’ll use to cross-reference as I design envelopes, ribbon, wax seals, and other embellishments. 

This attention to detail ensures a cohesive and elegant presentation, harmonizing with your wedding vision! You’ll come away with a highly customized, elegant suite that reflects your unique wedding.












COLOR MATCHING WITH YOUR WEDDING ATTIRE

While some stationers offer printed envelopes as an upgrade, I provide you with complementary envelopes with your guests’ addresses. You won’t have to worry about addressing your own envelopes and you’ll have a cohesive invitation suite from first impression to save the dates to official invitation.

Plus, my Google Sheet template for address entry makes it easy for both of us to keep your guest names and addresses in order. Throughout the process, I'm also here to assist with proper etiquette and addressing for your guests!

Invitations aren’t simply about how they look– they are also a sensory experience and keepsake. Upon booking, you will receive a Welcome Box via mail that includes samples of the paper, print options, and embellishments I offer. This will allow you to see for yourself the quality of my invitation suites and the possibilities when it comes to paper, printing processes, and embellishments. 

You’ll be able to touch, feel, and see the options for yourself so that during our design consultation, we can discuss the possibilities with samples in hand. You can feel confident that you’ll love your selections and quality is reflected at every touchpoint.

Letterpress, wax seals, envelope liners…it can be hard to be entirely sure which embellishments or print methods you’d like to move forward with! Instead of having you choose at time of booking, I design your invitation suite in full before you add these items to your collection.

When you book with Suite Scape, you will secure your spot by booking the 5 piece base suite, without embellishments or upgraded print methods. No card is left out, and you’ll have the opportunity to see your entire designed invitation suite before selecting your desired embellishments! This streamlines the process of designing your invitation suite and ensures that you’ll be completely in love with each element.

I will assemble and mail every one of your invitations with care. That means you won’t have to do a thing—simply enjoy our white-glove service and allow me to do the legwork of sending out all of your invitations!

Begin your experience with Suite Scape by completing the inquiry form and scheduling an initial consultation to discuss your vision for your wedding stationery and address any questions you may have. Reserve your spot by signing an agreement and making the deposit. (Note: we will select your service level, print method, and embellishments later in the process after you’ve received invitation samples via mail!)

Upon booking, you will receive a personalized timeline of your invitation design process along with a Welcome Box, including invitation samples featuring different paper and printing methods and embellishments. You’ll have this in-hand before our Design Consultation so you may peruse the samples while we discuss your invitations and ensure we are on the same page before I design.

With your vision fully in frame, I will draw your venue illustration or custom art, if you chose this as part of your collection, and design your entire invitation suite. At the conclusion of the design process, you will receive a detailed and realistic mock up of your invitation suite, including any requested embellishments. You will be invited to request your desired changes, at which point I will revise accordingly and request your approval before moving forward into production.

Once you have fully signed off on your invitation suite, I will begin the production process by sending your files to the printer and patiently wait to receive them!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the average investment?

The average investment for my suites starts at $4000. Please inquire via the inquiry form to receive additional information.

What is your payment policy?

I require a $1000 deposit upon booking, and $1000 due at the beginning of the design process. Once the suite is finalized, the remainder of the invoice. is due before final files are sent to the printer.

How far in advance from my wedding should I book with you?

Most couples reserve their slot when they are approximately ten months out from their wedding. We officially begin the design process when we are six months away from your wedding to ensure we have the proper time to design your invitation suite, make any changes or further customizations, and, of course, send your invites to your guests. 

What if we are less than 6 months away from our wedding?

If you are closer to your wedding than six months, you are invited to contact me about your date, but I encourage you to plan ahead as much as possible when it comes to your stationery suite. I often book out as far as a year in advance! 

Do you offer assembly and mailing services?

Every suite includes white glove postage, assembly, and mailing so you do not have to lift a finger.

Can you provide guidance on proper wedding stationery etiquette, such as wording and addressing envelopes?

Of course! During your Design Consultation and anytime throughout the planning process, I am here to assist with any questions you may have when it comes to proper etiquette for your wedding invitations!

How much time do you budget for the design and production process?

Although each suite can vary depending on the number of invites, customizations, or modifications, the design and production process are approximately six weeks respectively, meaning we’ll spend about three months total on the entirety of the process. Mailing will commence once this process is completed in full.



How will you work with me to understand my vision for my wedding stationery?

At the beginning of our process, you’ll create a Pinterest board with your color scheme, florals, decor, attire, and other elements. This, along with your intake questionnaire and consultation, will provide me with a view into your vision. During our design consultation, we will discuss what you have shared and further elaborate on any preferences to ensure we are entirely on the same page before designing anything. You will also have the opportunity to review mock ups, request modifications, and discover which embellishments you would prefer as part of your invitation suite.
